Experience Information
A high school diploma is required for the Litigation Assistant position, with commensurate experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, strong client and team empathy, and excellent time management, writing, and organization skills are also necessary for success in this role. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong executive administrative support skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of Litigation Paralegal and Associate Attorney to assist in various aspects of client communication, including initial discovery calls and obtaining medical bills and records. - Compile treatment charts and balance verifications for clients. - Participate in proper execution and compilation of pertinent litigation documents. - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive legal matters. - Provide strong executive administrative support to the Litigation team. - Demonstrate empathy and care for the wellbeing of clients and team members. - Adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment. - Uphold a strong and disciplined work ethic. - Advocate for the injured and the community. - Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Microsoft Word, proficiently.
